Eligibility of non GUJARAT resident CBSE student in GUJCET having done both 10 & 12 in Gujarat?

Sir, 1. Is a student who is not a domicile of Gujarat but has done 10th & 12th through CBSE Board in Gujarat eligible for GUJCET and what is the % of intake of such category of candidates.
2. If the above student is a child of Serving Army Personnel who is posted in Gujarat, what is the % of GUJCET seats reserved for her?
Thanks!
