Hi Sir, I am doing MA in Arabic course through distance education. I want to become a Teacher in Government High School. So, how I can achieve my aim as I am a distance student and currently live in Chennai?

To get recruitment as teacher in government schools, candidates have to appear and qualify in the CTET or State TET.

The required eligibility to appear in the examination varies for different vacancies.

Candidates passed academic qualification in distance are eligible to appear in the examination.

B.Ed or D.Ed is mandatory qualification to appear in CTET or TET examination.
