Hello Sir, I lost my SSC roll number. Now result is declared and my name is Kirti. There are two names in front of that at one name they gave cat 1 and in front of other they didn’t mentioned any category. Which one I should consider Sir? Please reply.

If you have lost your roll number and you are unable to remind it, you must contact to the School from where you have studied class 10th. Contact to the Principal of that School and tell about your problem. They have all the records of registration number and roll number with them. You will get your roll number from there only.

You must have saved any soft copy of the roll number or might have written the roll number anywhere. Search for that.

If you cannot find anything above mentioned, then you have the following choices.

* If you belong to the category, then you can identify from there.
Cat1 is generally the General category.

* You can identify yourself from the job preferences you had given while applying for the jobs.

* When the admit cards of the tier 2 come, you can try logging in to your account. Try logging in with your name. It will get you the roll number and other details.

The school where you studied has all the details about your roll number. Just contact them as soon as possible. They will provide you with the details without any doubt. Most of the schools even announce results through notice boards. You can visit the school campus on the result day to check your board exam result.

You can also check the result online once you have your roll number from the school authority. These days checking results is not that difficult with the internet on every hand.
