Re: Is it necessary to study Biology in 12th for being eligible for NDA?
A candidate who is interested to enter into National Defence Academy must have done 11th and 12th with non medical stream having physics chemistry and mathematics as the main subjects.
Age limit should be in between 16.5 to 19 years where as relaxation is not provided to reserved categories in upper age limit. Hence a student with mathematics can apply for NDA exam. |

No, it is not at all necessary to study biology in class 12 and neither is it necessary to have studied science at +2 level of education. You could be from any stream and could very well join NDA after your 12th.
