Hello Sir, my son didn't appeared the 10th Board exam as he quit studies due to medical issues around 3 years ago. He was in 10th standard from Gujarat Board. Is it possible now to register for the 10th Board exam with the same Board externally?

Yes your son can give his 10th exam by registering with the Gujarat board
He has to submit the required documents which is necessary for application of the examination form.
Along with the documents he has to you also submit a medical certificate certified by recognised hospital to give the details of his medical issues.
So there will be no no problem in giving his examination as he can submit all the the required document
