What is the procedure to change school
from St. xaviers school, at Chhotparua
in Uttar Dinajpur district to St. xaviers school,
Kolkata for class III students?

To get admission in St. Xavier's School, Kolkata, first you have to get Transfer certificate, Bonafide and 3th standard pass certificate from St. Xavier's School, Uttar Dinajpur. After getting those certificates, you can apply for admission at St. Xavier's School, Kolkata.

Admission Process:-
Generally St. Xavier's School, Kolkata offers admissions from the first week of March. So, you apply for admission at St. Xavier's School(Kolkata) in the first week of March, by submitting your application along with your following certificates.
1)Transfer certificate
2)Bonafide and
3)3th standard pass certificate

First of all, you need to get the admission form from St. Xaviers School, Kolkata and complete your admission requisites. Once you are confirmed of the seat in St. Xaviers School, Kolkata, you need to approach your school St. Xaviers School, Uttar Dinajpur district for the transfer process. You need to write an application to the Principal stating reason for your transfer. Then you need to get the Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate(Sometimes both Transfer and Migration Certificate are made into one for student of lower classes) from your school St. Xaviers, Uttar Dinajpur after completing certain formalities which will be stated by your school authority.
