I am planning to study in Abroad but I have completed my 10+2 from NIOS Board. So the Foreign Universities will accept the NIOS marksheet or not? Can you help me in this?

It depends on the university and some may not accept it and some will accept it. Normally, most of the reputed universities, don't consider distance mode or open schooling qualification.

If you have got regular schooling, then you will have greater options for studying abroad. There are not many options, if you have got open schooling.

Yes, definitely the Universities of Foreign countries will accept the NIOS Board certificate as it is an autonomous organisation.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th from a recognized board are very much eligible for higher studies in abroad.
Since, NIOS Board is a recognized Board, you can very much apply for higher studies in abroad.
