Is there any reservation to get M.Tech in IIT or NIT after scoring 23.67 marks?

I got 23.67 marks and 277-score and my AIR is 33720 in 2013. As i am sc and a girl , is there any reservation to get m.tech in iit's or nit's or universities?? Pls tel me

Hi

Reservation is same in all government school/colleges ie
SC 15%
ST 7.5%
OBC 27%

There is very less chance in IIT and top NITs.
However, you can make it to other NITs.

I belong to CAP(children of armed personnel) category , do I have any reservation in GATE for M.Tech.
