No you are not eligible for Merchant Navy after completing 12th standard in commerce stream. Only science stream students are eligible to apply for Merchant Navy. So, as per you are educational qualification you are not eligible for Merchant Navy.

~The Applicant who is completing 12th standard with 60% in science stream are eligible to apply for B. Sc in Nautical Science course.

~The applicant who completed Graduation in Nautical Science are eligible to become a Deck Cadet in Merchant Navy.

After successfully qualified in B.Sc in Nautical Science are eligible to get Deck cadet job in merchant navy.
