I have completed my post graduation (Master of Dental Surgery) in the subject of Oral Pathology. I am interested and ambitious to do PhD program from IISc Bangalore, Could you please explain me the procedure and formalities required. Please guide me sir.

You have to apply on a prescribed format and send the application form with required documents related to your educational qualification.
