How can I do BA after diploma in correspondence from Bihar?


hi,
i have done my diploma in computer engg. from govt. polytechnic for woman faridabad.
now iam in teaching profession from last 6 years. Now i wanted to do graduation corresspondencely in Bihar.so can u suggest me any recognised college where i can do my graduation.

HI,
If you pass the diploma after passing 12th class.
then you are eligible for graduation course.
If you apply for diploma course after passing the 10th then you are not eligible for graduation.

I am a railway school teacher in primary section since 1995 but not get promotion due to administrative problems. From 2016 by new rules of promotion every candidate must have 50% marks in degree level. I have 43.3% marks in graduation. What I do for 50%or more marks?
