Yes, you can definitely pursue MS in Germany, if you have secured 6 bands in IELTS. Most of the universities in Germany, offer admissions to the students, if the student have minimum 6 bands in IELTS. So, first select some universities, which are offering admissions with a minimum requirement of 6 bands in IELTS, then try to apply for admission in those universities by sending your application and required documents through online or through courier.
