Is it possible to become a lecturer in a college , immediately after completing BE? if not , what is it that i have to do next to become a lecturer ?

After completion of BE degree, you are eligible for lecturer jobs in a diploma college.

Those candidates who have completed BE degree from a recognized university are eligible as lecturer in diploma college.

But your age should be above 20 years.
