Which is better for summer internship- company or institute?
I have a little bit knowledge on Java.
Can I join directly for 6 months or 4 months of summer internship for Java from a company base institute like HCL? Or should I join in 6 months or 4 months or summer training for java from a institute? |

When you have little knowledge, then it is better to go for a training course, get certification rather than going for internship opportunity. This is because during the internship period, you will have to complete a project, there will not be any separate training even though if you do not know certain stuffs. At most you will be given study materials to study. So rather than going for such a tough stride, it is better to go for summer training, know the language well, get certified from organizations like Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, etc. then opt for internship opportunities. Various companies like HCL, HP, IBM , etc. also conduct summer training.
