Yes certainly you can take Bio-technology after qualifying higher secondary with Maths as a subject.

The minimum eligibility for biotechnology in most of the reputed and UGC recognized university is:
Pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized school/board with atleast 65% marks in aggregate in 5 subjects including Physics, Mathematics or Biology and English as a compulsory subject along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science.

There are also colleges which take admission if you have secured 40% or above aggregate marks, but then again there shall always be a question mark left on the reputation and the quality of education they impart.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
