im doing my B.E final year by march degree completed can i apply for group 2 exam

Yeah yes shore you are eligible for Group-II exam.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate should be complete graduation or equivalent from a recognised university.

Percentage is not required for this exam.

Being a final year candidates also eligible.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

Age limits is 18 years to 36 years,

5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST and BC candidates,

10 years upper age relaxation for physically handicaped candidates.

Application fee Rs.100 and examination fee Rs.80.
