Can I get admission in direct 2nd year after passing diploma in computer engineering with 83%?


Respected Sir,
Myself Pratik Dawange from Ahmednagar has been completed diploma in comp engg with 83%...But nt interested to do BE in same field ..n have a clear interest for aeronautical engg...so can i get admm to it for direct second year...And to get it what should i do....Please suggest me ....m very confused now ..

i have done polytechnic from i.t. branch scoring 59% so i can take a admission in bter in second year in civil branch.
