How to do M.Phil after passing M.A in Hindi subject?

i have passed M.A in HINDI sub ,now i want to do M.PHIL so kindly suggest me ,

main m.a. hindi me 800/436 54.50 pass second div. me kiya hai..march-april 1996 me..ab main m.phil. hindi sub. se karna chahti hoon...pls reply me...
