1. Diploma in ECE (3 years full time course)
2. B.E. from IETE, Delhi with CGPA 8.12. (3 years part time course)
3. 5 years of industry experience.

I want to apply for Masters in Science from USA.


Am I eligible to apply as my B.E. is part time.

No, you are not eligible for MS course in USA because you have completed B.Tech degree in Part time. Only regular courses are accepted for MS admission.

But you can d undergraduate course in USA.

Yes, you are eligible for MS course from USA with the educational portfolio which you hold. You can opt for MS course , however, the real eligibility will be based on entrance exams on account of which US universities take admission. You need to appear in GRE along with one English proficiency test like IELTS or TOEFL. Based on the scores in these entrance exams you can seek admission.
