Is a postgraduate degree in Neurosurgery from South Africa recognized by MCI?
All the graduate medical students, who wish to practice medicine in India will have to qualify the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination organized by MCI- Board of Governors for practicing medicine in India legally. According to the present era, Post-graduation degrees from only five English-speaking countries- The U.S., UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada; are recognized in India by India's Medical Education Regulator. |

Recently, it has been announced by the board of Governors -Medical Council Of India that the post graduate from any country across the globe will be allowed to practise medicine in India and will be hired by Medical colleges , Nursing homes on the basis of results of DNB ( Diplomate of National Board) exam.
