I did my Bsc.(nursing )and I would like
to find a job in USA.
Somebody told me that I have to pass
Toefl to get a job there is it true??????

No, there is no need to appear for TOEFL exam if you want to get a job in USA. For finding a job in USA, you need to apply for H1B Visa with necessary documents and employer details. H1B Visa is of 3 years time frame and can be extended upto 6 years. TOEFL is a English language proficiency test or people with non-english mother tongue and these candidates need to appear for the TOEFL exam for getting admission in foreign universities. So, for finding a job in USA, you can directly apply for H1B visa even without appearing for the TOEFL examination.
