Eligibility Criteria for HRM course
The general eligibility criteria’s for joining to any courses related to Human Resource Management being that the candidates should be a graduate in any discipline. The graduation should be from any recognized college or universities. The diploma courses will be normally for a period of 1 year where as the Post graduate programs will be for duration of 2 years. Many MBA courses also offer HRM as part of their specialization during the 2nd year of the commencement of the courses.
Entrance Exams
There are different institutes who conduct entrance exams for admission in to various courses related to the Human Resource management courses. The most common entrance exams for admission in to these courses are CAT (Common Aptitude Test), MAT (Management Aptitude Test), XAT conducted by the Xavier Management Institutes etc. CAT is conducted by the IIM’s where as MAT is conducted by All India Management Association etc.
