Company profile: ITDC is a govt. undertaking and is a Miniratna unit with an annual turnover of Rs500 crores. It is indulged in developing tourism and making India a better tourist destination. It provides tourism related services like event management, accommodations, travel allied services etc.

Job profile: The managers will be required to carry out a supervisory work and they will be responsible for governing the activities of their respective departments. They will also be responsible for managing the employees under them and making sure that they complete their activities on time.

Eligibility: For GM and DGM – A candidate must not exceed the age of 45 years but for DGM (Public Relations) the age limit is 35 years. For Manager and AM – A candidate must not exceed the age of 35 years and 30 years respectively.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be an MBA or a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or a LLB/LLM or a candidate must have a PG diploma or a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in electrical/mechanical from a recognized university. A candidate must have a 15 years experience for the post of GM, 10 years for DGM, and 7 years for Manager and 2 years for an AM in the relevant area.

No. of posts: The posts are distributed as follows GM (HR) – 1 (UR), GM (Finance) – 1 (UR), DGM (Public relations, legal, HR and corporate services) – 1 each (only DGM (legal) is OBC), Manager (Finance) – 1 (UR), Manager (Security) – 1(UR), AM (HR) – 1 (PH), AM (Security) – 4 (3 UR & 1 OBC) and AM (electrical/mech) – 1 UR.

Pay scale: The GMs will be given a pay scale of Rs32900-58000, for DGMs is 29100-54500, for managers is 20600-46500 and for AMs it is 16400-40500.

Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for an interview.
