Candidates who have completed Diploma course in Electrical Engineering (either 2 year or 3 year diploma courses) with a minimum of 60% marks can apply for B.Tech course in Thapar University. B.Sc (Non medical) graduates can also apply for the same. Selection process will be depend on Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET –TU) conducted by this university. The pattern of the exam consists of objective model questions from subject areas like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English & Reasoning and Electrical Engineering.

B.Com in Banking and Finance, B.Com in Banking and Insurance, B.Com in Banking Management, B.Sc in Banking and Finance, etc are some of the UG courses related to banking. Reputed colleges which offer courses in Banking includes City School of Social and Managerial Sciences, Jaya College of Arts and Science, K.J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, St. Wilfred’s College of Arts, Science and Commerce and Manipal University.
B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA graduates are eligible to apply for selection process in UST Global. Those candidates who have completed M.Sc or MCA courses also have chances to apply. It is essential to obtain at least 60% marks through out academics. Applicants must be free of backlogs at the time of application submission. The selection procedure includes – Online written examination, Technical test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Indian Air force invites applications from female citizens for courses commencing to different branches of flying, technical and ground duty. Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) is conducted for selection process. The entrance examination comprises of multiple choice questions from subjects like reasoning, GK, military aptitude, verbal ability and numerical ability. Duration of the test is 2 hours. On qualifying this exam, candidates need to attend three further stages of screening process to confirm their final selection.

Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering & Management (RCOEM) offers B.E degree in streams of Industrial Engineering, Electronics Product Design Technology, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics Engineering. Eligible candidates seek admission on the basis of IIT JEE or MT CET score. Admission to master degree courses like M.Tech in Structural Engineering or M.Tech in VLSI is done on the basis of GATE score.
C-DAC conducts Common Admission Test (C-CAT) for taking admissions to PG Diploma courses except PG-DST. The test consist of 3 sections A, B and C. Candidate need to appear one/ two/ three test papers on the basis of course selected. Applications for admission test can be submitted online through the official website of C-DAC. Application fee for C-CAT is Rs.1000/-.

Sri Venkateswara University offers Doctor of Philosophy program to Master Degree holders in concerned subjects. Full-time and Part-time Ph.D degree programmes are provided by the University. Candidate seeking full-time Ph.D program should possess post graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
