R.D. Memorial College of Physical Education was established in the year 2006 on the 6th of July with the objective of developing students as experts in their field of education. The college is affiliated to Barkatullah University and it is also recognized by Government of Madhya Pradesh and National Council for Teacher Education.

Course Details:

R.D. Memorial College is offering Bachelor of Physical Education and Master of Physical Education Courses and the intake capacity of the college for these courses is 50 students and 30 students respectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

For getting admission to the Master’s degree course in physical education, candidates must have completed their degree course in B. Com/B. SC/B.A/BPE or any other equivalent degree from a university, which is a member of Association of Indian Universities with not less than 50% of marks. If some of the candidates has secured 45% of marks in the qualifying examination, they must have represented their college/university at district level competitions in any of the games approved by the central government/IOA. The other requirement for getting admission into the R.D. Memorial College of Physical Education is that students must be physically and medically fit.

Athletics & other Facilities:

R.D. Memorial College has all the approved sports activities and qualified trainers to offer training to the students in different sports activities. Facilities are available at the college for games like basket ball, badminton, volleyball, hockey, football, cricket, etc…The college is inculcating national spirit in the young minds through its NSS camps, which serves the nation on several occasions like national calamities.

Hostel Facility at the R.D. Memorial College of Physical Education:

R.D. Memorial College of Physical Education is offering hostel facilities to the students coming from far-off places. The college has separate hostels for boys and girls, the hostel is located in the main part of the city, and the students staying at the hostel are offered moral support by the caring and affectionate staff members.
