Malabar Cements has invited applications for various posts in Managerial Positions. Graduates along with professional experience are only eligible to apply. Selection procedure will be based on personal interview.
Eligibility Criterion for Managerial Post

General Manager (Finance): Graduated who have completed ACA/ AICWA are eligible to apply. In addition to this, those who are having ACS will be given additional preference. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 20 years professional experience. Of these, they should have at 5 years work experience in Head of accounts or Finance in any reputed organization. They are required to have proficient knowledge in management of cost and funds. Those who are in the age group of 48 to 52 years at the time of application are only eligible to apply.

Chief Chemist: Post Graduation in Chemistry or allied subjects from a recognized University is the minimum educational qualification. There is no minimum mark so as to be eligible. Professional experience required is 15 years. Out of this, they should have at least 10 years work experience in charge of quality control in any reputed cement industry. Those who are more than 45 years of age are not eligible to apply.

Assistant Manager (Finance): Those who have completed graduation with AICWA or ACA are eligible to apply for this post. They should have professional experience for a minimum of 5 years in Finance department of a reputed firm. In addition to this, candidates are required to have proficient knowledge in computerized accounting. Upper age limit for this post is 25 years.

Medical Officer: Candidates who have completed Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized University and approved by the medical council of India are eligible to apply for this post. They are required to have a minimum of 3 years experience in any hospital. Those who are more than 35 years of age are not eligible to apply.

Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): Those who have completed Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University are eligible to apply. They are required to have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in Operation and Maintenance of plant and machinery in any large scale industry. Those who are not exceeding 40 years of age at the time of application are only eligible to apply.

Accounts Officer: Graduation in any discipline with ACA or AICWA is the required educational qualification. Apart from this, candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience in finance department of a reputed private/ public sector organization. They are required to have proficient knowledge in computer operations. Upper age limit is 35 years at the time of application.
