Profile:
Department of Science & Technology (DST) was founded in the year 1971 under Government of India. The major objective of the corporation is to promote new areas of science and technology in the country. Another function of DST is to organise science and technology activities in the country.
Job profile:
Candidates can apply for the posts of Scientist which is a Group A Gaztted Post.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not be below 50 years of age. Candidates should have atleast 20 years experience in the relevant field.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates are required to have PH. D. or M. Tech or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
No. of posts: Only 1 posts in total is available for the designation of Scientist ‘H’.
Pay scale: Selected candidates will be given the prescribed salary of Rs. 57000/-.
Selection process:
Final selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the basis of their performance in the interview with Selection Commitee.
