Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) was established by the Government of India. The centre is a premier R&D unit of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre is dedicated to carry out forefront research and development in several fields such as Accelerator Science & Technology, Nuclear Science, Material Science, Computer Science & Technology etc. The centre has established itself and became a renowned name for its work towards the development of the country in relevant fields.
Job Profile:
Candidates can apply for the training of Stipendiaty Trainees (for two categories i.e. Category-I and Category-II) in Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre at Kolkata.
Eligibility:
Candidates should be between 19 to 24 years of age for the Category-I and between 18 to 22 years of age for the Category-II.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should posses the Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a recognized institute or university.

Stipendiaty Trainees (Category-I): 37 posts
Stipendiaty Trainees (Category-II): 83 posts
Pay Scale:
Stipendiaty Trainees (Category-I): Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200
Stipendiaty Trainees (Category-II): Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400
