The selection process of Virtusa consists of a written test, a technical interview, and an HR interview. The written test is of duration two and a half hours. The sections are verbal, quantitative aptitude, attention to details, C & Data Structures and essay. There is a cut off for individual sections as well as a total cut-off.

The verbal section is not much difficult, and the quantitative section can be prepared from any standard book. Regarding the C section, special stress should be given to data structures since the answers are usually lengthy.
