Adani institute of Infrastructure Management, Ahmedabad conducts an admission process for its specialised one year Post Graduate Proframme in Infrastructure Management. PGPIM programme at AIIM started in 2009. The institute has a beautiful campus with a very good infrastructure and highly qualified faculty. PGPIM Programme is full time residential programme so it is compulsory for students to stay at the campus. The Institute has been able to establish an elite level of reputation as well as standard for itself in the education fraternity.

Candidates are shortlisted for PGPIM programme of AIIM on the basis of their CAT/GMAT scores.  Candidates have to also apply separately for admission in AIIM. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in these exams have to appear in a further selection process consisting of a Personal Interview after which the final selections are made.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute. Also the age of the candidate should be more than 25 years as on 1st September, 2011. The candidate should have a CAT score of 2008, 2009 or 2010 or GMAT score obtained after January 1 2007. Candidates who belong to the reservation categories are offered relaxation in the above eligibility criterion. Even diploma holder’s candidates are eligible enough to apply for the course. The exact eligibility criterion percentage is provided in the prospectus cum application form.

How to Apply:

Candidates have to apply online for PGPIM programme of AIIM through the website www.aiim.ac.in. There will be two admission cycles. The second one will be for the vacant seats in cycle one. Candidates are advised to apply in cycle one.

Important Dates for Cycle 1:

•    Last date of submitting completed application form: February 24th, 2011
• Personal Interview: March, 2011 in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru

Selection process:

The candidates who are interested in undertaking the course within the Institute are admitted after assessing their overall marks obtained in the CAT or GMAT Exam. After that, the candidates who are actually shortlisted are called for a further round of selection called the personal interview round. The Institute only selects the candidates after assessing the marks that each of them have obtained in all the round of selection. However other factors such as academic record of the past, certain level of work exposure as well as extracurricular activities may indulge a edge to the chances of the individual.
