The D.N. Jain College is affiliated to Rani Durgavati University located at Jabalpur and the college was established in the year 1949 on the 1st of July. The college is run according to the guidance issued by the Boarding House Society and it is offering education in the faculties of arts, commerce and science.

Course Details:

D.N. Jain College is offering bachelors’ degree in the arts, science and commerce subjects and the Bachelor of commerce course is offered by the college in three different categories being general, computer application and tax procedure & practice. In all the UG courses, Hindi and English are offered as compulsory subjects for the students and for the remaining subjects, students are offered to select among the different options provided to them.  The college is offering Masters’ degree in commerce with some compulsory subjects and some optional subjects.

College library:

The campus of D.N. Jain College is provided with a well-equipped library with a wide collection of journals and books. The library includes latest collection of books, encyclopedias, journals and magazines dealing with latest topics and the number of books in the library are more than 20,000. In addition, there are books for the students to prepare themselves for the competitive examinations and personality development books as well.

Facilities in the college:

D.N. Jain College offers facilities to the students to play games like volleyball, badminton and cricket and also the college is provided with a huge playground for playing different games. The college is offering scholarship facilities to the students belonging to backward community according to the rules framed by the local government. With the view to encourage personality development of the students NCC and NSS cadets are also functioning in the college. The computer center in the college is provided with 35 computers and these computers are provided with different platforms like UNIX, NT and Windows.
