SNS College of Technology, shortly called as SNSCT was established in the year 2002 with the approval of Tamil Nadu Government. The college is affiliated to Anna University located at Coimbatore and is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education. It is co-education and self-financing institution offering UG, PG and research courses.

Training & Placement Cell:
The training & placement cell at SNS College of Technology is run by experienced professor, who is assisted by a number of experienced faculty members of the college. This cell organizes career guidance seminars and gathers, divides and disseminates different placement activities. It also helps the students in finding placement in different national and multinational companies by calling the companies for campus recruitment.
Co-Curricular Activities at the college:
Different clubs like Tamil Mandram for the development of the language silks of students, music club, renewal energy club, rotract club, yoga club, blood donors club, red ribbon club, youth red cross society and national service scheme are functioning in the college with a view to encourage the students who are interested in social service.
Extra-curricular activities at the college:
The college focuses on sports activities, apart from offering quality education. This can be clearly understood from the sport park set up by the college with the facility to play several indoor and outdoor games. The college is offering proper coaching to the interested students in games like badminton, shuttle, table tennis, carom, chess, tennikoit, kabaddi, ball badminton, hockey, cricket, football, volleyball, etc…
