Ballia Itawah Gramin Bank was established as a result of the amalgamation of two Regional Rural Banks named Ballia Kshetriya Gramin Bank and Etawah Kshetriya Gramin Bank. The bank was sponsered by Central Bank of India which came into existence on Janury 1, 2010. The work of the bank is spreaded in the four districts of Uttar Pradesh i.e. Ballia, Mau, Etawah and Auraiya. The bank got the status of a Scheduled Commercial Bank under the Reserve Bank of India Act. 1934. There are total 119 branches of the bank in which 117 branches comes under the category of rural banks. Maximum 83 branches of the bank are present in the Ballia District of Uttar Pradesh.

Job Profile:

Graduation from any recognized institute or university with some years of experience in banking sector is required for the post of Officer Scale-I. Candidates with B.Tech or B.E. as their educational qualification will be provided preference over other candidates.
