Nalanda Open University is a very old open University of India and it is dedicated to those students who are economically backward and are unable to pursue a degree by regular colleges. Banking and international trade is a vital sector in the present world.

Paper Pattern:

The paper contains subjective questions which require elaborate answers. The questions in the paper carry equal marks. There are no sub-questions in the paper. The paper contains 10 questions and 5 from it are needed to be solved. In short notes, there are 5 options and 2 from it are needed to be solved. The paper pattern is very simple and questions are asked in a straight way.

Question asked in the paper of subjective type, and all questions are of long answer type. Questions asked are such as credit control methods for banking, principles of bank in investing a fund, advantages and disadvantages of international trade, free trade, advantages of free trade, open market operations, adverse balance of methods, SAARC, purchasing power parity theory etc.

Total marks and time allotted:

The full marks for the paper are 70 and you will get 3 hours to attempt those 70 marks questions. The questions in the paper of 14 mark each and short notes are of 7 marks each.
