As from the name of the college, S.S. Maniyar Law College was established by the KCE Society in the year 1970 and the college is offering law course with affiliation from the North Maharashtra University located in the city of Jalgaon. The institute offers UG and PG courses in law, in addition to several diploma courses as well. The main aim of the institution is to offer better knowledge to the students in the ever-growing challenges in the field of law. The institute is also aiming at making the law students as responsible citizens and thereby challenges of the present job market can be easily crossed.

Eligibility requirements:

For admission to the LL.M Course offered by the S.S. Maniyar Law College, candidates must have completed their Bachelor of Law course from a recognized university. For three-year LLB course, candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline with not less than 45% of marks from a recognized institution. For five-year LLB course, they must have completed their higher secondary or its equivalent with not less than 45% of marks. For Diploma and PG diploma courses, candidates with graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution or university are eligible to apply.

Library at the college:

Library is regarded as the heart for any education institution and it plays a crucial part in the activities and more so in a law institution. The library at the institution is being developed by a team of well-qualified staff members under the guidance of the library development committee. The library has a collection of over 1400 volumes of books covering a wide range of special and general subjects with reports, journals, back volumes and textbooks in addition to current legal periodicals.
