Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has invited applications for the profiles of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT). Applications can be submitted online through the website of KVS. The application fee for attending the written test is Rs. 750/- and it can be remitted either through credit/debit card or Bank challan.

Examination Fees and Mode of Payment

A non –refundable application fees of Rs. 750/- should be paid by the candidate.  They should submit additional fees of Rs.30/- as service charges. Fee payment can be made through any of the following methods.

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Challan

Credit/Debit Card – Application fee can be paid by entering the 16 digit credit/debit card number. On successful transaction, an application number will be issued automatically. The print out of the application form along with the application number must be sent to the concerned address.

Bank Challan – Another option to make the fee payment is bank challan. The challan form is generated from the web site of KVS upon submission of online application. With this fee challan form, fee payment can be made through any of the branches of Indian Bank.  Collection of fee payment can be done via a specially opened account with the account number of 935020934.On receipt of the application fee; the concerned bank will issue a unique Journal Number and the bank branch code. The bank will retain the bank’s copy of the challan form and return back candidate’s copy. The verification of fee payment can be made after three days of receipt of the application fee. After verification process, candidate should take the print out of the application form containing a unique application number.

Application Process for KVS PGT/TGT Recruitment 2013

Applications can be submitted online through the website of KVS. Before starting with the application process, candidates should ensure whether they satisfy with the required eligibility criteria. A valid e-mail id is also mandatory for applicants.

Online application form must be filled by entering the correct details. After submitting the application form, the print out of the same must be sent to the address of Post Box No. 3076, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003. The print out of the application form must be affixed with photographs and signature at appropriate places. Self-attested copies of testimonials and KVS challan form must also be included along with the application. Applications completed in all respects should reach the destination before September 12, 2013. Online application will be considered, only if the print out copies has reached the post box on time.
