The DG Ruparel College is regulated under the Modern Education Society of Pune, and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The college was founded in the year of 1952 in order to provide higher education to the candidates. The college also provides well qualified and experienced faculty members to its students. The college offers both under graduate and postgraduate courses to the candidates in order to give them opportunities to create their own future. The government of Maharashtra also decided to open a junior college along with this degree college in the year 1976.  

Infrastructure:

The DG Ruparel College campus occupies an area of 10 acres of land in Matunga, Mumbai. The campus provides well stocked library, laboratories and internet facility to its students. The college also provides separate hostels to both boys and girls. The college provides well furnished classes that are well equipped with various instruments.

Courses Offered:

The college offers courses like B.A, B.Sc, B.Com and M.Sc. to the applicants and also offers junior courses in Arts, Science and Commerce stream.

Admission Procedure:

The candidates appearing in the various degree courses should have pass the intermediate or 10+2 exams with high marks. The candidates have to fill an application form and have to submit all the required certificates and dully filled application form at the campus office.
