Sir, I have completed 12 and diploma in health safety and environment (hse). What next best step to follow? To do degree or pg diploma?

You can pursue graduation course after completion of your diploma course. candidates who have a past 3 years diploma course from a government recognised board are eligible to pursue graduation.
But you are not eligible to apply for post graduation after completion of diploma. because the disability criteria for post graduation diploma is that the candidate should have completed their graduation from a recognised board or university.
There are very less jobs available after diploma candidate should have to go for graduation after completion of diploma.
