I am going to pass my Diploma in Mining this year. I want to get job in petroleum sector after passing the course. So i want to know can Mining students get job in petroleum sector?

Petroleum engineering is a different field and you will face difficulty in getting job in this sector if you have diploma in mining engineering. Although there are still chances that you might land a job in private sector if you perform well in interview but still core engineering stream or petroleum engineering stream will be preferred.
