sir, im vijayakanth i have finished diploma eee, but now i want do diploma civil engineering,
can i do part time diploma civil engineering?

Yes of cause you can do diploma in Civil Engineering but you cannot join B.Tech through Civil trade. After completion of diploma you are allowed to get admission in b.tech in relevant trade only. You can do diploma through distance learning. Mostly open universities will offers such courses then first of all find an open university which is suitable for you after that apply for diploma course through distance learning.
