Here after completion of diploma from MS university I started job from placement interview, so after 1 year if I want to do full time degree so can I get admission in degree after 1year of passing of diploma?

Yes, you can apply for the full time degree course even after 1 year gap from passing diploma.
You simply have two options for getting admission in degree course:
1. Through lateral entry admission.
2. Through direct admission under management quota.
