I am in 2nd semester of Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering Gujarat University.
Now I am not interested in Diploma so can I
get admission in 12th commerce directly
after 2nd semester of Diploma?

No, you cannot get admission to study 12th standard in Commerce stream after completion of your 2nd semester Mechanical Engineering Diploma course. If you are not interested in Diploma course and if you are interested to pursue 12th standard in Commerce stream, then, you need to pursue 11th standard and then, only you can get admission in 12th standard Commerce stream but, you cannot get direct admission in 12th standard Commerce stream after completion of your 2nd semester Mechanical Engineering Diploma course.

After completing 12th commerce can I get direct admission in 2nd year in any commerce related course? Like in 12th science student scored good in maths then he is eligible for get admission in diploma 2nd year.

NO you did not get the admission in the 12th class commerce after complete 1st year of mechanical engineering in diploma because commerce stream is different as compaire to the mechanical engineering so my suggestion to you is that if you want admission in 12th class of commerce then you did not pursing the diploma after complete the 10th class.

You have also benefit pursing the diploma after 12th because you have knowledge of secondary class which help to understand the subject of Diploma.
