Can I join Vizag Steel Plant with 71% in Diploma Metallurgical course? Possibility to study or work in Abroad?


Sir,
I have completed my Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering with 71% marks. So I want to join in VIZAG Steel Plant. And is this certificate is used to go foreign for higher studies or job. Please give me reply.
