With a female rank of 4937 you have an outside chance but only with not so popular streams. General rank is quite high for a government college and you have to opt for a not so popular stream if you want admission in a government college.

Getting admission in a popular stream will be a bit difficult for you because most of the top ranked candidates look for it. Therefore, just prepare your list of colleges in which you want admission and also apply for admission in most of the stream because it will increase your chances.
