sir my jexpo rank is 36620 in the latest year exam. can i get any college in this rank?

There are many polytechnic colleges available these days. You can get admission in a low end private polytechnic with this rank but you need to enter a low ranked college during counselling for admission.
If you are looking for admission in a top college then this rank is not good enough for admission.
