Colleges offering correspondence Electrical Engineering Diploma course in Himachal Pradesh


Sir,
I have completed my 2 years ITI in Electrical after my 12th in Arts. Now I am working in a PSU. I want to do Diploma in Electrical Engineering in correspondence. Please tell me about the colleges in Himachal Pradesh for this.

IGNOU offer correspondence diploma engineering for ITI diploma holders but it is not approved by AICTE. It is a distance mode course and you can surely apply for it. If you want to do an AICTE approved course then you have to attend regular classes.

Being an ITI holder you will be eligible for lateral entry admission. For you the course will be of 2 years duration after getting admission in second year.
