The course structure of Diploma in Oriental Librarianship in Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University is given below:

There are totally four theory papers carrying 100 marks each and one practical paper of 100 marks:

History of Library

Modern Tools and Technique of Librarianship

Organization and Administration of Libraries with reference to Bihar (Oriental library resources)

Reference Service

Project / On the job training
