Diploma in Culinary Arts of Italian Cuisine in AIMS-Bengaluru is 1 year duration of course, comprises of 2 semesters. Aspirant must have completed Bachelor of Hotel Management programme to be eligible to pursue Culinary Arts Diploma in Italian Cuisines. Course structure of Diploma in Culinary Arts of Italian Cuisine is given below.
