WHAT IS THE CUISINE FOR THE TRADE TEST IN THE SELECTION PROCEDRE FOR THE POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS?

Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts is the only Course in India foe which the selection Process has a Trade Test Round. Even for MBBS course in our country ...there's only a written examination. This is an indication as to what is the level of the selection procedure and its emphasis as Culinary academy of India enrols just 30 students from all over India and they are very keen to identify the best from the available pool.
