Those who have completed their class 12th with physics chemistry and biology with atleast 55% marks are eligible for the course.
The age limit for the course is 17 to 30 years.
The minimum entry requirements include
Mean grade of C plain

C plain in biology
C (minus) in chemistry , maths and physics

Admission is based on entrance exam as well as merit.

The candidates who have two years of work experience in General Nursing and Midwifery can also apply. The minimum age of a candidate should be 17 years and the maximum age for applying is 30 years.
